Brenda McGinley
CEO, All in Investigations
Brenda McGinley has worked in the investigations field since 1999, building a career defined by leadership, operational expertise, and long-standing service to the profession.
She began with International Investigators, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant from 1999 to 2001, later earning her Paralegal Certificate and advancing into the role of Director of Operations, where she served from 2001 to 2017. In October 2017, she purchased International Investigators, Inc. and rebranded the company as All In Investigations, Inc. Under her leadership, the firm has continued to provide professional investigative services with a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism. Her contributions to the profession extend beyond her business.
She served as President of IAPI from 2022 to 2024 and was appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb to the Indiana Private Investigator and Security Guard Licensing Board, where her term runs through 2027. With more than 25 years of experience, Brenda McGinley is recognized for her dedication to the investigative industry, her leadership within the professional community, and her commitment to maintaining high standards in the field.

Daniel J. Smith serves as the Technical Director of All In Investigations, Inc., where he specializes in digital forensics, TSCM services, UAV operations, and technical investigative support.
A certified digital forensics examiner since 2010, he has extensive experience in computer forensics, cellular forensics, GPS extraction and analysis, and expert witness work. Daniel also holds a Security+ certification in core network security, reinforcing his expertise in cybersecurity and technical threat awareness.
Jamey Hiles
Background Researcher
Jamey Hiles is our Background and Locate Researcher at All In Investigations. He has been with the company since 2019 and brings 11 years of investigative experience to the team.
Jamey holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and specializes in background research and locate investigations.
